Following a successful Division I baseball career, Nick started in the health and wellness industry as a strength and conditioning coach at Cressey Sports Performance in Jupiter, Florida. At CSP, Nick worked with a wide variety of clients that included professional athletes. He then joined Siena College as a strength and conditioning coach, working with more than 20 different Division I sports teams. From there, Nick worked as a minor league strength and conditioning coach for the Minnesota Twins.
