Conner believes that with a science-backed training regimen and relentless consistency, his clients can achieve any goal. A former college sprinter with a master's in exercise physiology, Conner brings experience training NCAA Division I, Olympic, and professional athletes, as well as private clients looking to improve their physical health. Conner enjoys good coffee, good food, and hikes in the Smokey Mountains with his wife and their mini Australian Shepherd.
