With 15 years of experience teaching fitness classes, yoga, behavior change coaching, and functional training, Whitney specializes in helping busy parents and travelers fit fitness into their lives through short, effective home workouts and a flexible mindset. Since becoming a mom, she’s developed a passion for pre- and postnatal fitness, inspired by her own journey with her now one-year-old daughter. She is currently pursuing her Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist certification to further support women in every stage of motherhood.
